FAVOURITE STUDENT VIDEO

My favourite student video was from last years A2 group 3 (Reanne, Danielle, Arun, Esme).

This group has really done well in making their video interesting. There are many reasons why I like this video. Here are some of them.

• The video has been well structured, it does not have much a a storyline so there isbno confusion about what is happening.
• The shots are varied accordingly, the amount of shots they have fit well with the video.
• There were more than enough shots, the 18 seconds contained 9 shots!
• The have used various effects such as: black and white, fast forwarding, rewinding etc.
• Various transitions were used so I was not bored watching it.
• The mis en scene was pretty good too, especially the use of the graffiti background, this was very different and intriguing.
• A lot of close ups were used. Close ups of the main singers lips, close up of the keyboard being played, close ups of the lighter etc.
